All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our baked goods.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@rachelsbakewells.com so we can resolve the issue.

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or if products are not consumed within the recommended freshness period.
We take great care in baking and packaging every order. If something isn’t quite right, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right!
